UHasselt en Xod Campusshop willen nieuwe studenten van Universiteit Hasselt een warm welkom heten en geven daarom een gratis hoodie aan elke nieuwe student (excl. Erasmus studenten).
Bij de ontvangst van je studentenkaart, krijg je ook een voucher waarmee je je gratis hoodie, totebag en pen kan afhalen in 1 van de Campusshops Xod. Is je maat van hoodie niet meer op voorraad in de shop, dan krijg je een andere voucher waarmee je op deze website je hoodie kan bestellen.
OPGELET! Met de voucher die bij je studentenkaart zit, kan je geen gratis hoodie bestellen op deze website (je moet dus eerst via de fysieke shop passeren).
Op de vouchers staat duidelijk vermeld of deze te valideren is in de Campusshops Xod of online op deze website.
Deze actie is geldig tot 20 oktober 2025. Nadien kan je uiteraard nog steeds in de shop of via deze website een hoodie aankopen tegen de gewone prijs.
Andere studenten of personeelsleden van UHasselt kunnen tot 20 oktober 2025 een hoodie bestellen met korting.
Na de bestelling van je hoodie ontvang je een bevestigingsmail. Je kan dan je hoodie gaan afhalen in de campusshop die je hebt aangeduid bij je bestelling. Hiervoor dien je je bevestigingsmail mee te nemen, dus hou deze goed bij. Zonder deze e-mail kan je je hoodie niet afhalen.
Gelieve je UHasselt-mailadres (...@student.uhasselt.be) te gebruiken en dit correct in te geven. Heb je geen e-mail ontvangen, dan is jouw bestelling niet geslaagd. Neem dan via mail contact op met de Campusshop (campusshop@xod.be).

UHasselt and Xod Campusshop want to welcome new UHasselt students and offer free hooded sweaters to new bachelor and masterstudents (Erasmus students are not included).
When you receive your student card, you will also get a voucher which you can use to collect your free hoodie, totebag and pen from 1 of the Campusshops Xod. If your preferred size of the hoodies is no longer in stock in the shop, you will receive another voucher that you can use to order your hoodie on this website.
ATTENTION: The voucher that comes with your student card does not allow you to order a free hoodie on this website (you need to pass through the physical shop first).
The vouchers clearly state whether it can be validated in the Campusshops Xod or online on this website.
This promotion is valid until October 20 2025. Afterwards, you can still purchase a hoodie at the regular price in the shop or via this website.
Other students or staff members of Hasselt University can order a hoodie with a discount until October 20 2025.
After ordering your hoodie you will receive a confirmation email. You can then pick up your hoodie in the campusshop that you indicated with your order. For this you need to bring your confirmation email, so keep it well. You cannot collect your hoodie without this email.
